Terms & Conditions — jitbujj User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jitbujj ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jitbujj website or any service accessible through it, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand it, and that you agree to be bound by every provision contained herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using jitbujj and must not attempt to register an account or place any wager on the platform. Continued use of jitbujj after any modification to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

jitbujj reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide advance notice via the email address associated with your registered account. It remains your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use jitbujj, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from using any service on jitbujj.
• You are registering and playing as an individual, not on behalf of a third party, corporate entity, or syndicate.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gaming is lawful in your specific location.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jitbujj or had an account closed for fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting in your own personal capacity and using your own legally obtained funds for all deposits and wagers.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of jitbujj or any of its technology and game-studio partners.

jitbujj reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage of the player relationship. Where a player cannot demonstrate compliance with the age requirement, the account will be immediately suspended. Any balance held in the account will be returned to the verified payment method on file after deducting any winnings generated, consistent with applicable law.

We actively use age-verification technology and manual document review to prevent underage gambling. Any player who provides false date-of-birth information during registration will have their account permanently closed, and any associated winnings will be voided.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on jitbujj. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds or winnings accrued through duplicated accounts.

When registering your account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address. You are required to update this information promptly if any details change. jitbujj accepts no liability for service disruptions, failed withdrawals, or communication failures that arise from a player providing inaccurate registration information.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: In order to process withdrawal requests above ৳5,000, jitbujj requires players to complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
• Valid Bangladesh passport — biographical data page
• Bangladesh driving licence — front and back
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name)

Documents must be clear, unaltered photographs or scans. jitbujj will complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving a complete document submission. Accounts that fail KYC review or where documents are found to be fraudulent will be permanently closed.

jitbujj will treat all activity conducted through a registered account as being authorised by the account holder. We accept no liability for losses arising from a player sharing their credentials or failing to secure their account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication via your registered Bangladesh mobile number, which is available free of charge to all players via the account security settings.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on jitbujj are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). We do not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their financial institution if they attempt to fund their account from a non-BDT source.

Accepted Payment Methods: jitbujj currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

• Upay

Deposit Terms: The minimum deposit on jitbujj is ৳500. Deposits via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are credited to your jitbujj account within minutes of successful confirmation from the wallet provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect. jitbujj does not charge deposit fees, though your mobile wallet or bank may apply their standard transaction charges.

Withdrawal Terms: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) for verified accounts are typically completed within 30 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 BST, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 4 business hours on weekdays. Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours are queued and processed at the start of the next business day.

jitbujj reserves the right to suspend or delay withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, where KYC verification is incomplete, or where the account is under investigation. Players will be informed of any such delay within 24 hours of the withdrawal request being placed. We do not use withdrawal delays as a commercial tactic — all legitimate withdrawal requests are processed promptly.

Any funds deposited to jitbujj that remain unused for a continuous period of 12 months will be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account becomes active again. Players will receive an email notification 30 days before the inactivity fee commences.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jitbujj offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general conditions set out in this section. Where there is a conflict between the specific promotional terms and this Agreement, the specific promotional terms prevail.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each individual promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements before a bonus expires will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account balance.
• Minimum odds restrictions apply to sports betting bonuses. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum do not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Game contribution rates vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games, sports bets, and fishing games may contribute at a reduced rate as stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses on jitbujj carry an expiry date. Bonuses not activated within 7 days of being credited, and wagering requirements not met within 30 days of bonus activation, will be automatically removed. Exact expiry windows are shown on the promotion detail page.
• One bonus per household / IP address: Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per player, household, IP address, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same welcome bonus multiple times via multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Maximum convertible winnings from free spins or no-deposit bonuses may be capped at a stated BDT amount. Winnings above the cap will not be transferred to the withdrawable balance.

jitbujj reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after players have already participated, their qualifying deposits will be returned in full and any partial wagering progress retained where technically feasible. We will never remove a bonus without fair notice except in cases of fraud or clear breach of these terms.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using jitbujj, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with fair play, applicable law, and the reasonable standards expected of a responsible adult participant in an online gaming platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit bonus offers, or manipulate game outcomes on jitbujj.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any live casino game, poker variant, or tournament offered on the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or display bugs on jitbujj to place bets or generate winnings that would not otherwise be possible. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a confirmed platform error are void and will be removed from the account balance.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including but not limited to depositing funds with no genuine intention to gamble, structuring deposits to avoid transaction reporting thresholds, or using third-party payment methods to obscure the source of funds.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses, circumventing self-exclusion, or evading account closure decisions made by jitbujj.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction with jitbujj staff.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the jitbujj platform infrastructure, including through hacking, denial-of-service attacks, injection attacks, or any other form of unauthorised system access.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jitbujj customer support staff or other players in any communication channel associated with the platform.

Where jitbujj identifies a breach of any of the above prohibitions, we reserve the right to void all bets placed, withhold any associated winnings, and recover any amounts already paid out as a result of the prohibited activity. We may also report relevant activity to the appropriate authorities in Bangladesh where required by law.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on jitbujj are supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Habanero, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under the specific rules published by its respective developer. Where jitbujj displays a summary of game rules, the full rules published by the game studio take precedence in the event of a discrepancy.

jitbujj uses independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual casino games, including slots, virtual table games, and instant-win products. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published on the game information panel within the platform. RTP figures are long-term theoretical averages verified by the game studio and do not guarantee specific results in any individual session.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the outcome recorded in jitbujj's server logs and the game studio's own transaction records shall be the definitive reference point. Client-side display errors — including rendering issues on your browser or device — do not constitute grounds for altering a game outcome already settled in the server logs.

jitbujj reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a system error, pricing feed failure, or operator mistake. Where such a void is applied, the full stake will be returned to the player's account balance. We will communicate the reason for any void to the affected player within 48 hours.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

jitbujj may suspend or permanently close a player's account under the following circumstances, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the situation:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to prohibited conduct outlined in Section 6.
• Failure to pass KYC identity verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request above the stated threshold.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct associated with the account.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension or asset freeze.
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible to hold an account under Section 2 of this Agreement.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request received via the responsible gaming dashboard or the support team.

Where an account is closed for non-fraud reasons and a positive balance exists, jitbujj will return the remaining balance to the player's most recently used verified payment method within 5 business days. Where the closure is due to fraud, breach of terms, or unlawful activity, jitbujj reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, transfer it to the relevant authorities.

Voluntary Closure: Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support at support@jitbujj. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Players who close their accounts voluntarily may re-register after a cooling-off period, subject to fresh KYC verification. Players who have activated self-exclusion may not re-register until the self-exclusion period has fully expired.

9. Limitation of Liability

jitbujj provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation of the platform, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. Where planned maintenance is required, jitbujj will provide at least 4 hours' advance notice via site announcement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jitbujj shall not be liable to any player for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or wagering opportunity arising from platform downtime, game unavailability, or connection issues outside jitbujj's direct control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or from unauthorised access to an account that results from the player's own negligence.
• Losses resulting from a player's reliance on inaccurate game statistics, odds displays, or promotional terms caused by a display rendering error on the player's own device or browser.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature arising from use of or inability to use jitbujj, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Bangladesh consumer protection law.
• Any third-party actions, including failures by mobile wallet providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or banking partners that cause deposit delays, withdrawal failures, or transaction errors outside jitbujj's direct system.

Nothing in this limitation of liability clause excludes or limits jitbujj's responsibility for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where liability cannot be lawfully excluded. Our total aggregate liability to any individual player for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 90 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments & Termination

jitbujj reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes that materially affect player rights or obligations will be communicated via email to all registered players at least 7 days before the revised terms take effect. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be updated without prior notice, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you have the right to close your account before the amendment takes effect, and jitbujj will process the return of your account balance to your verified payment method without penalty. Continued use of the jitbujj platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Agreement.

jitbujj may terminate the platform or any specific service at its sole discretion, with a minimum of 30 days' notice provided to all registered players via email. In the event of platform termination, all player account balances will be returned in full to verified payment methods. Outstanding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be cancelled at termination without compensation.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and jitbujj with respect to your use of the platform. This Agreement supersedes all prior communications, representations, or agreements between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
